Blackforest Cake

Hay,after several days of thingking kung sigurado ba ako sa sarili ko na gagawa ako ng Blackforestcake, finally natuloy narin. I was so right about my decision. Bossing was so proud of me of baking this German authentic cake “Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte”. Schwarzwald is blackforest in english and Kirsch is cherry. Shempre lahat ng firstime di perfect, i used cocktail cherries na dapat bottled cherries, sobrang tamis kasi ng cocktail cheeries pang decorate lang talga sya. I didnt use Kirschwasser or snaps kaya walang lasang alak yung cake ko pero shempre sabi ng number one fan ko masarap naman daw. What im so proud about this cake is that, i made it from scratch may mga recipe akong nabasa sa internet na i can use devils brownies chocolate cake powder chenes parang shortcut na chocolate cake hindi ko feel mas iba yung feeling ng from scratch talga.
